History of ARK
The developer of ARK (Awana Record Keeping software) originally designed it for his church’s Awana program. People began asking for copies of the program so he developed a website to make it more accessible. Since then, refinements have been added, with more planned. These upgrades are generated by suggestions from users of the program.
What is ARK Software?
ARK is a record keeping program designed for Awana clubs. These are some of the features:

ARK Software versions…
ARK Software comes in an Online version or a Desktop version. The online version also has a companion app on your phone.
Try before you buy... demo software
If you would like to preview the software there is a demo version. It is limited to ten contacts, ten unique session dates, and the contact section entry to two books per club.
ARK Online Software
Cost: $60 per year
The online version will run on any device with a browser and internet. A minimum 10″ screen is recommended. It also has a companion smart phone app.
An optional application may be installed on your computer which operates like the desktop version but accesses your online database.
How Secure is it?
The online version is on a secure site (SSL/https) and requires three items of authentication to be entered before the application can be run.

ARK Desktop Software
Cost: $40 per year
The ARK Desktop version is software that runs on your computer and can be run without live internet connection.
If you start with this application and would like to change to the Online version at any time we can convert your database to the Online version with only the difference in the two softwares charge (prorated).
